Subscription and payment data
Premium or Pro subscriptions purchased on iPhone are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Nomly does not receive or store your full payment card number or full billing credentials.
To manage access to subscription features, we may receive limited subscription-related information from Apple and from RevenueCat, which we use as a technical service provider for subscription status, entitlement validation, and related operational events.
This information may include product identifiers, subscription status, renewal state, expiration dates, transaction-related identifiers, and whether a purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, or billing issue has affected access to paid features.
How information may be shared
We may share information in limited circumstances, including with:

Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, the sensitivity of the information, and whether the account remains active.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of storage, transmission, or processing is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
